Anabelle is still swollen and sick. The doctors did not find any infection in the tests they ran, so they did a lumbar puncture today to test for other illnesses. Hoping they figured out what is causing her to swell so much. Keep her in your thoughts please.
definitely keeping her in my thoughts and prayers. xoxo
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Kate! It's been a trying time for the fam lately b/c she was doing so well and she has had some bad days lately. I'm hopeful she will come through b/c she has been a fighter this whole time.
ReplyDeleteOh, and some good news: I wasn't making enough breast milk to keep up with her feedings, which they have stopped for now, I started taking a medication called Reglan and now I am making double what I did before! I'm not one for wanting to take meds, but it's all for the baby! I'm pretty happy about it though.

ReplyDeleteI will Susan. I'm sure I will need all the support I can because I have a 3 year that was full-term, so this is all new and scary to me to deal with on some days.
